Partner program

Terms are preliminary. Percentages, durations and requirements may still change before the official launch. What counts is what you see when you sign up in the partner area.

HyperLevel is open source (AGPL-3.0) and free to self-host. The partner program is for anyone who recommends HyperLevel, runs it for clients or helps with a switch. There are three ways to take part:

  • 25% recurring commission for 12 months on the payments of the customers you refer to the hosted HyperLevel Cloud (docs/cloud.md).
  • It runs through the built-in affiliate module (Affiliate manager): public sign-up, your own partner link ?ref=<code>, a partner area with clicks, leads and commissions, and payout after approval. Commissions only arise from paid invoices and are reversed on refunds.
  • Do not confuse this with the partner links next to the key fields: those are referral links to third-party providers, which every self-hoster can replace or turn off.
  • For agencies that offer HyperLevel to their clients – on the Cloud Agentur plan (docs/cloud.md) with white-label (your own name, logo, color, login domain) and client sub-accounts, or self-hosted.
  • The agency bills its clients itself and sets its own prices and packages.
  • For freelancers and service providers who help with the switch from GoHighLevel, HubSpot and similar tools (Umzug) or who set up and run HyperLevel (Self-hosting).
  • Partners set their own prices and work on their own account.

Send requests through GitHub Discussions (category “Partner”) or by e-mail to the address shown in the partner area. Code contributions go through CONTRIBUTING.md, independently of this.
